The mild light from the silk crib canopy has a pleasant and calming effect. The shades of pink and purple in particular help the newborn to feel comfortable and relaxed in the new sleeping environment. The fine organic Peace Silk fabric was lovingly dyed in Germany by the experienced plant dyer BERTA MARIA. Her dyed fabrics radiate a very powerful effect of the plants used.

The pink crib canopy is colored with rose petals and cochineal, the violet crib canopy with mallow and logwood. BERTA MARIA says: "Picking plants is an art that requires tact and patience, because the basic principle is to pick the flower, leaf, root at that hour, that day or that time when their forces, active ingredients have reached their peak.
