Bourette silk is sprayed with colloidal, refined peat. This bond withstands numerous wash cycles.

The activated (refined) peat fibers support the human body's thermoregulation. Care Instructions

We recommend the gentlest method, hand wash at 30°C with tenestar. For heavy soiling, silk can also be washed at 60°C. The more often and the hotter you wash natural fibers, the quicker they become brittle.
