The Peace Silk textile you ordered is activated with the warming and protective properties of peat. We use the TÄLMA emulsion from Johannes Kloss and Stefan Möhner for this. It is made from colloidal peat from Sweden as well as vegetable and mineral substances. The properties are thus permanently transferred to the silk fabric.
The combination of refined peat and Peace Silk creates an environment when the textiles are used as clothing or when designing living spaces, which users describe as strengthening and protective.
The textile is fundamentally activated with peat properties. After washing the textile, however, it is necessary to intensify the effect again and to spray the dried textile lightly. A spray bottle of TÄLMA emulsion in moor water (1:100) with 100 ml content is included in your delivery if you order this activation.
