Pleasantly light, shiny satin with Lyocell (TENCEL®)

Opaque blended fabric made from soft mulberry silk and lyocell (55%/45%) in an XL width, dyed with pure plant extracts from rose petals. The fabric shines in a beautiful, delicate, muted yellow gold. Particularly suitable for light clothing such as blouses, shirts, scarves and curtains - extra wide at 140 cm.

The silk is from organic farming and is produced without violence. The short silk threads of the empty cocoons are traditionally spun and machine-woven, giving the fabric its original character. Lyocell is a cellulose-based, industrially produced regenerated fiber and has high dry and wet strength, is soft and has very good moisture resistance. Textiles made from lyocell have a smooth and cool hand with a flowing, cleaned drape, have a low tendency to wrinkle and can be altered and chemically changed. The cellulose fiber is completely biodegradable (according to the manufacturer 100% in 16 weeks).
